What is Juneplum?
Juneplum is the booking and payment system some businesses use to take appointments online. If you booked through a Juneplum link, here's what that means for you.
Your booking is with the business
The business sets the services, prices, times and policies, and confirms your booking. Juneplum runs the booking page and sends emails for them, from “Business name via Juneplum”. Reply to any of those emails and it goes straight to the business.
Paying by card is secure
When you pay by card, you enter your details on Inkress's secure payment page. Juneplum never sees or stores your full card number, and the payment goes to the business. If the business allows it, you can also pay by bank transfer or cash instead.
No account or password
You book with your name, email and phone number. To see your bookings and receipts later, we email you a sign-in link.
Changes, cancellations and refunds
These are up to the business. Their policy is included in your booking emails, and you can contact them by replying to any booking email. Juneplum doesn't process refunds itself.
How to tell it's really us
- Booking pages are on juneplum.app, for example juneplum.app/businessname.
- Our emails come from support@juneplum.app, with the business's name in front.
- Card details are only ever entered on Inkress's secure payment page.
- We will never ask for your card details by email, WhatsApp or phone. If someone does, don't share them.
